The issue I am having is that CF is my registrar, and CF doesnt allow me to change/edit NS. So I am stuck reading sub-par documentation and banging my head on my desk.

The CF documentation is pretty dismal. You are correct in reiterating what I have read dozens of times, but that just is not the case.
However… I did just receive a different notice than I have for the last 20+ hours:
“Only Super Admins can move a domain”
This is NOT documented anywhere, and I am unsure why I see that notice now. I have reached out to the Account Owner - who I hope is the Super Admin. Let’s see if that helps move things along.
