How to manage cloudflare and my own DNS server

#1

I’ve got one server with several websites (IP = 9.10.11.12) and two other DNS servers, one primary with IP = 1.2.3.4 and one secondary with IP = 5.6.7.8.
In my DNS provider backoffice, all my DNS (mydns1.com, mydns2.com…) are associated with the same two lines :
A.NS.MYDNS1.COM
B.NS.MYDNS1.COM

Here’s a part of what my DNS server (tinydns) contains :

#DNS
.mydns1.com:1.2.3.4:a
.mydns1.com:5.6.7.8:b
.3.2.1.in-addr.arpa:1.2.3.4:a
.7.6.5.in-addr.arpa:5.6.7.8:b
#MX
@mydns1.com:1.2.3.4
@3.2.1.in-addr.arpa:1.2.3.4
#IN A
=mydns1.com:9.10.11.12
=www.mydns1.com:9.10.11.12

#DNS
.mydns2.com:1.2.3.4:a
.mydns2.com:5.6.7.8:b
.3.2.1.in-addr.arpa:1.2.3.4:a
.7.6.5.in-addr.arpa:5.6.7.8:b
#MX
@mydns2.com:1.2.3.4
@3.2.1.in-addr.arpa:1.2.3.4
#IN A
=mydns2.com:9.10.11.12
=www.mydns2.com:9.10.11.12

What should be my configuration ?
Do I only have to put the substitution DNS that cloudflare will give me in my DNS provider backoffice ?
Do I have to modify something in my DNS server ?

Thanks in advance.
