How to login into my paid account ? Email token is never sent

Since a couple of hours, I cannot log into my account.
“You try to access your account from an unnown IP” (which is not really the case since I have a static french one).
Then a token is supposed to be sent to my gmail account and… NOTHING is sent
(checked spam of course as well)
I am stuck: is there another way to check my account (like a SMS or phone call ? )
I guess something is bad with CF sending emails because I use gmail for years !

The message you received is informational only, were you able to login? And/or did you contact Support, if so, can you share the ticket number here?
