How to link a domain registered with Provider and a server registered with another provider ?

Our company Domain is registered in a company called register.lk.

and our VPS Server is registered in a company called A2Hosting .

How do I Connect those two together in Cloudflare?

If I changed the name server on the domain to Cloudflare I lost connection in VPS!
