How to know which rule blocked it

Hi, everyone. Is the above blocked by the rule below? There is no rule ID in the screenshot below. So I don’t know.

I can only suggest disabling that and setting it to Allow. BFM shouldn’t be used in production sites due to its little customization and how frequently it breaks sites.
