I’ve hosted an almost static site using Cloudflare Pages. It’s awesome.
My analytics show that many requests are uncached. What can I do to increase cache hit. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, then how it’s not cached?
My settings and analytics:
You don’t really need to worry about the cache rate. Even if it isn’t in the requested PoPs usual cache it may be in the KV of that PoP or a PoP close by. Either way, very quick.
Though I should be but I’m not very much informed about cloudflare or any other CDN. I do understand a little bit about POP and KV but I couldn’t understand properly why about 50% requests are uncached. I’m not worried, I’m curious. I actually want to get higher hit rate.
