Cloudflare does not perform DNS changes. It provides a suite of tools that customers manage. You will need make those yourself.
The article linked in the reply from @anon9246926 has all the required values. You appear to have added the required MX records, but seem to have forgotten to remove the old ones provided by your registrar.
You also have added a second SPF which is not permitted and will ensure that neither is used. You will need to remove the old one that contains include:spf.efwd.registrar-servers.com.
You will probably want to set your Namecheap Private Email related CNAMEs to 
DNS Only.
