How to handle change in structure from single-member LLC to sole proprietorship?

Hello!

For the past few years, I have organized my business as a sing-member LLC. In the near future, I will be winding up the LLC, and continuing as a sole proprietor.

Is transferring control of the domain to myself (from my LLC) just as simple as editing the domain’s contact information to omit the “organization” line? Or will I need to go through some other formal process?

Maybe, that is worth searching to see what is involved and what to look out for, You may want to/need to document the transfer of ownership to ensure i’s are dotted and t’s crossed.
