How to give a coworker access to the D1 database

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Cant find a way to share permissions with other devs

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am working on a small community project, with a D1 database and a Worker, based on Nuxt.
I can not find a way to give access to a D1 ressource to a co-worker. I tried to look in settings of D1 - the only option there is ‘DELETE’. I also checked possible roles to assign to the coworker, but none seemed to be D1/worker related, and I dont want to assign any other roles than the ability to access the D1 data and the Worker related to a development project.

There’s no way to get super granular with Worker/D1 access today, but if you assign “Workers Admin”, they should be able to access all Workers and D1.
