How to get Cloudflare assigned Nameservers?

Dear community,

How can I get Cloudflare to manage the DNS when I have two x custom nameservers on a VPS?

The current message displays:

Partner hosted zone
Your DNS zone file is hosted by Media Temple , a Cloudflare partner. Manage your DNS records at their website.

How can I assign Cloudflare nameservers? The information area is blank, not the same as other domains I have.
