i get ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. and nothing of former topics worked.

yes, it is set up based on what is on instructions and recommended rules.
btw my original domain imeo-official.com and other subdomains like academy.imeo-official.com work as well
i use wordpress for them
but for this one i tried to use Prestashop and it only opens the admin end

It is looping between 301 and 302 but both appear to be coming from Cloudflare.

It looked to me like the redirect loop was coming from Cloudflare. Do you have any redirect page rules there?

If not, it would be worth trying to remove the cPanel redirects if they could affect that subdomain. Do you have one from https to http? I am not sure how you would remove those, you would probably need to contact your host for help with that.

Edit:
Never seen redirects like that in cPanel before, not sure if they would affect it.

note that these redirects were added by default after installing prestashop and cannot be removed manually
i am trying to remove them from the .htaccess side
edit: editing .htaccess file didn’t work

I am struggling to think of where else they could be coming from on Cloudflare as they suggest. Something is redirecting from https back to http. Maybe someone else has an idea. Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

Why do you think the redirect comes from CF? We specifically see in the headers that the request was “Turbo Charged” by LiteSpeed. Which means the request went all the way to LiteSpeed, no?

Browsing to a URL under the main domain as HTTPS - works fine. Passing GET variables on the main URL redirects with the variables back to HTTP. This is like a CF feature (“make all links https”) but in reverse - but that is a feature I do not recall seeing.

Maybe the site app as some “baseurl” setting and it redirects to the baseurl if it is different than what is expected - so if the baseurl is http:// and the client comes as https:// … ?

My host says this is from Cloudflare ssl. What should I do? Almost all of the ssl certificates from Cloudflare doesn’t answer

Solution:
I deactivated the universal Cloudflare ssl and went to Prestashop dashboard to settings. Then enabled the ssl for the shop and reactivated ssl.
