How to find mail server

hello there. how can i find my mail server for configuring MX records?
i tried a lot of ways but i can not send any email from my website (wordpress)

You should be able to ask your hosting provider for this information.

the worst problem is that they told me we can’t help you for setting nameservers on Cloudflare.
they only can help me if I set nameservers to their servers
i think I have selected a bad hosting provider company.
