How to file a support request?

I’ve bought a new domain and now trying to add it to Cloudflare.

  1. Domain was banned previously and can’t be added so to unban it I have to file support request.
  2. To create a support ticket I need to select domain from domain’s list.
  3. To select domain I need to add it to Cloudflare.
  4. See point 1. :slight_smile:

Anybody know how to break that vicious circle? :slight_smile:

Well, an email to that address should open a regular support ticket.

Yes, it’s opened and closed with that “advice”. Now I’m trying re-open it.
