it’s not accepting any emails and it’s showing a URL in reply Abuse approach - Cloudflare but that only shows options on how to file a abuse report, not how to counter false abuse report.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
My page is blocked and showing phishing url info just because some stupid person filled a report that my page contains malware when it’s not the case and it’s fully clean. What the ■■■■ is this.
They just block your page without any investigation and won’t unblock it, no evidence shown anywhere of malware.
Just reply to the automated response you got back as per the 2 bullet points in that email, or file a “General” abuse report through the abuse form and reply to the acknowledgement you get from that with details.
You can submit a review of the block on the dashboard (Account Dash > Security Center > Blocked Content). Requests to review active blocks are reviewed by the concerned team. You can also refer to this useful link: Blocked Content · Cloudflare Security Center docs.
I immediately selected the option to review, but it has been 3 days, and page is still blocked. I sent the email, no reply, and I also filled the general abuse form to unblock.
Is there anything else I can do to unblock it?
My page is fully clean, and there is no malware, but some troll reported the page for phishing and now it’s blocked.
My website was also banned by Cloudflare due to fake abuse reports submitted from disposable email addresses.
It seems that no one at Cloudflare actually verified the claims, and the site was simply marked as “phishing” without any real investigation.
I have no idea how to remove this phishing flag from my domain — and it’s extremely frustrating.
My website is very popular in its niche, and unfortunately it looks like some people are now using false abuse reports as a tactic to attack competitors.
This is really upsetting, and I would greatly appreciate any help or guidance on how to resolve this situation and clear my domain’s reputation.
