Is there a way to enable port 10000 without contacting the Cloudflare support?
I moved my website to a new server, but still using the same domain from Cloudflare. The developer from the new server setup the Webmin on port 10000. They told me to ask the Cloudflare to enable this port.
Cloudflare only supports a limited number of ports, outside of Spectrum or an enterprise agreement. For more info:

As my understanding, I should setup my Webmin in another supported port? because Cloudflare doesn’t support port 10000.
That’s what I’d recommend, yes. You’ll find a full list of supported ports in the doc I linked above.
