Hi @cloonan,

The issue occurred for almost a day between 0900 Hours IST (GMT+ 5) to 1930 Hours IST (GMT+ 5). That is when we realised there was an issue.

However, it automatically got resolved. We just needed to know the root cause of the issue, to make sure it doesn’t occur again.
