How to do whitelist domain when i have enable hotlink protection

Currently in my website, i have enable hotlink protection.

When i search my images at google images then its give me error as 403 forbidden. Now i want to whitelist google and other search engine to access my website images.

I have read below link for enable hotlink protection. Can anyone help which file i have to edit and put the workers code? is there any tutorial or guide for setting up hotlink protection.
