My web host is Namecheap, now all my DNS setting is in Cloudflare, I am planning to do a domain email forwarding. What should I do?

Cloudflare does not handle email, so you will still have to use Namecheap’s service. Just make sure your MX DNS settings on Cloudflare properly point to Namecheap and you should be good to go.
