What is the issue you’re encountering

My domain was originally with WebHostingBuzz and I used their cPanel to connect it to Cloudflare years ago. My hosting no longer offers this and has no way to disconnect it. I would like to manage the DNS on Cloudflare side directly now but I can’t do that on Cloudflare as it says it is partner managed. How can I get that partner managed disconnected?

Copy any records needed from the current domain in Cloudflare.
Delete the domain.
Add the domain to Cloudflare.
Add/update any needed DNS records from current DNS and copied Cloudflare records as needed.
Change nameservers at registrar to the pair provided in the new domain/zone. .
