How to disable WHOIS privacy to receive transfer out confirmation email?

Greeting all.

I’m attempting to transfer my domain away from Cloudflare to a new registrar. Said registrar is trying to send a confirmation email to the address provided in my domain’s WHOIS information, which is currently obfuscated by Cloudflare. I cannot seem to find any information on disabling the WHOIS privacy so the winning registrar can send transfer confirmation.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, maybe I’m just not seeing something obvious.

I would expect the listed address to forward all emails to your address. Doesnt it do that?
