Checked every single option yin cloudflare dashboard and cloudflare one dashboard, none of them showed an option

I just wanted to see how It was, saw it wanted a payment method so I canceled it, but instead it was enable and couldn’t be controlled, so it now can’t be disabled, tryed deleting and recreating the website again, but it automatically enabled
