How to delete many files

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

I don’t know how to delete files

This is confusing. Cloudflare dashboard is ultra confusing. And this forum is confusing. Here is what I wanted to ask in the form above (but there wasn’t a space for doing so):

I inadvertently uploaded duplicate video files with the webm extension. This put me over the limit and I had to pay for extra (streaming?) storage space (I think that’s what I paid for). I’ve posted on this forum before and submitted a couple of tickets (but all I get are a series of replies over the last two weeks saying that my payment hasn’t been processed and that my ticket has been closed and that I need to resubmit my ticket).

Please can someone from tech support send me a script (with instructions) on how I can programatically delete all files ending with the .webm extension.

And can someone from billing please modify my plan to the appropriate storage, now that half of the data has been deleted (assuming I get the above script).

And could you also reinstate the billing with the reduced amount. The card number is still valid and your system doesn’t even seem to be attempting to take payment. But if it does charge me the excess amount (for the redundant files) please arrange for a partial refund.

Thank you.

PS It’s urgent now. I’m not sure if my streaming (or account in general) is active as there definitely seems to be a significant lag to access the audio & video files on my website. Is this a billing issue? As the system thinks that the bill can’t be paid, is the service downgraded or stopped? In which case, please fix this quickly (last week would have been a good time, yesterday would be better)! :grinning:

Cloudflare is a self service platforn. You will need to write a script to delete your duplicate files yourself.
