How to delete hidden A Records

Hi,
I’ve setup my dns records and A Record provided by my host but the domain is not working.
They’ve advised that I have 2 A Records which need deleting which are not visible in my cloudflare dashboard.
Any ideas on how I delete these please? (image of the hidden A Records attached for reference)
All help gratefully received

Those are the standard records for any proxied site on Cloudflare.

To remove them, which also removes any and all Cloudflare benefits, simply unproxy the record.
Note that normally hosts blame issues on those records existing, but they are very very very often not the cause of anything.

What error are you receiving?

I wouldn’t share the public IP anywhere, but…

The records are not necessary for that error.

The errors “The page isn’t redirecting properly” or “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” indicates a redirect loop between Cloudflare and your origin server. The easiest fix for this is to remove the redirect on your origin server. For a more detailed set of options, review the troubleshooting suggestions in this Community Tip.

It was one of the possible errors I had in mind

I am afraid I have to disagree with @matteo. Dropping the redirect will only keep your site on HTTP. The issue is that you have an insecure setting on Cloudflare. Keep the redirect and secure your Cloudflare account.

I’ll give it a try and come back if I’m still having issues

It’s explained in the Community Tip I linked to above. I’ll remove the easiest fix, which is actually not the best idea.

Sure, my point was just that only dropping the redirect won’t fix it. Once the OP fixed the settings, he can certainly do that too, but that’s actually not even necessary any more.
