How to create new TLD for custome domain in cloudflare.?

HI Team,
I have domain bought in namecheap as aly.ai im trying to register in Cloudflare, but i noticed .ai is not supported TLD, how will i register it newly?
and im trying to buy new domain with extensions as .dev as well.
Could you please help me to do that?

The domain does not need to use Cloudflare registrar in order to use Cloudflare’s other services.
