plagaz.com is listing incorrect information about my company (name they are using is iPest in Corpus Christi, TX, customer reviews are really bad & address is an 5 year old address)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
called their number on website but no answer. filled out contact form many times. reported them through every agencye i know.
Displaying outdated business information on a business directory website → trademark infringement? IANAL, but that seems like a stretch to me.
