I created two support tickets, both sent email confirmations with case numbers but the support tickets do not show up in the portal. My account has been downgraded from two business plans to free tier and now I cannot get any help
May I ask any clue how this happened?
Did you had some unpaid invoices or were late with payments, or couldn’t pay due to billing error?
You may not be able to see tickets on your dash, but you can see & communicate with Support via email. Customers on every plan type can open Account, Billing & Registrar tickets as we unfortunately cannot assist with those topics here on Community.
If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket.
The problem is I don’t know if I have a ticket or not. We have opened three tickets but none of them show up on “View Support Cases” While we’ve been waiting for support to reach out, our services have been downgraded.
It is a result of a partially paid invoice because the invoice had additional quantities of services which we didn’t approve and are not willing to pay for but would very happily pay for the services we are using to get our account working again.
I cannot communicate with support via email because there are two email addresses I know of. [email protected] which is no longer used and [email protected] which rejects us because we are not on an enterprise plan.
Did you searched your mailbox for all Cloudflare emails, including SPAM folder? If you’ve created a ticket, you should find some at least the number of it somewhere

Yes, I have multiple case numbers and am not getting a response. I see many people are having similar issues both with billing support and being billed for quantities of services that are not actually used. I understand if there are billing issues that are broader right now, but it is unacceptable for cloudflare to lower my subscription plans to the free tier while I await support to help me resolve unacceptable charges.
