How to connect to Taipei - (TPE) site

My server is in Taiwan, Asia, I have confirmed that there is a site
But after setting DNS, the delay increases by 130ms+
The site is always in Los Angeles, USA

Worry about not having a site after purchasing a plan
Ask customer service no reply

I am afraid you can’t force it. Peering - Why don't I reach the closest datacenter to me? has more on that.

You can use https://cloudflare-test.judge.sh to check where you are being routed to for each plan level.
