How to connect a domain without changing the name servers from Microsoft 365

I have a problem, I can’t change the name servers in Microsoft 365
I want to add the domain Cloudflare
And it asked me to change the name servers for me to connect the domain, but I can’t change it in Microsoft 365I can only add a registered domain to me. Please, there is a solution

If you can’t change the nameservers, your only option is to sign up for a Business plan and use a CNAME setup. However, generally it should be enough to set the MX servers for Microsoft and that you can do on Cloudflare as well.
