How to confirm Early Hints is working

Hi Support,

I have activated the Early Hints option but cannot figure out whether it is really working or not.
When I check my site Network>> Header response, I find the following link information, which does not have a “preload” attribute anywhere. So I am confused and cannot understand whether the Early Hints feature is really working or not?
