Trying to understand how to properly configure the tiered cache to work with an origin behind an anycast network so I can enable cache reserve.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I’m on the Workers paid plan, and I’ve read the tiered cache documentation. It says to reach out to support if you need to use the tiered cache with an origin behind an anycast network. That’s exactly my situation, but I can’t seem to submit a support ticket.
Once the tiered cache is working, I will be enabling Cache Reserve; but it’s not clear what my next step should be. Can someone point me in the right direction?
When I go through the “drill-down” process in the support section, it just presents me with options to either chat with an AI or upgrade my plan to Business to initiate a chat session. I just see no option to contact a human directly by any means.
