The configured address is visible in your Cloudflare dashboard under DNS.

It’s that 104 address. Of course, that’s an incorrect address as you cannot configure a proxy address there. You need to contact your host to clarify that and then configure the right address.

Or maybe you just configure a CNAME entry for the same .shop address that you used for www, but you need to clarify this with your host.

Nobody here can tell you who your host is. Maybe that .shop thing. You really need to either know that or clarify it with whomever is responsible for your site. Cloudflare is not involved here.

Actually the site still loads on that address, so maybe it is the address of some Cloudflare integration of your host. But again, only your host can confirm that.
