Some are miss, some are dynamic and some are hit.

I have question , I am thinking of hosting my server in Asia Singapore as my target is India. But using CLOUDFLARE will it increase my speed in other location.

Those DYNAMIC (and MISS) resources are the ones that come from your server. As with any hosting, you want it closer to your primary audience. Cloudflare will help everyone with static (MISS → HIT) resources, but DYNAMIC is all about your server location. Argo Smart Routing can speed this part up, but that’s charged by bandwidth.
