how to check delivered from cloudflare
Please let me know if there is a way to check if images and css are being delivered from cloudflare.

Considering that all your content is loaded via a proxied hostname, there’s little to verify. Unless you had a DNS propagation issue and still connected to your server.
Again, make sure your encryption mode is Full Strict.

That’s good, with Full Strict you have encryption enabled on Cloudflare and your site is secure. As your hostnames are proxied, the site loads securely via Cloudflare.

I am using “w3 total cache” for cache generation, but if I do the minify CSS and JS on the w3 total cache side, there is no need to set it on the cloudflare side, right?
If you already minify it server-side, you don’t need to do that on Cloudflare.

Also, does cloudflare really deliver access from Japan from a Japanese server?
When I check the Traffic page in the admin panel, all the traffic is from overseas.
Cloudflare has several locations in Japan, but it ultimately depends on your visitors’ routing. Please see Tutorials for more.
