Our website has been down for weeks now and I’ve been chasing people to fix it. Everybody has been pointing to CloudFlare as it’s hiding the IP or whatever.
IT support company asked us to change the IP to 18.104.22.168 for whatever reason. I guess that will grant them access to the site.
I am unable to find that option on my dashboard nor online.
If you need to change to the origin web server’s IP, where your domain should point to you have to edit the A Record under The DNS Settings.
