I am not able to change my name servers. i want to change them because the CRM system I’m using allows me to build websites, but they require me to change my nameserver. My domain is already running a website “Digital Advertising for Renovation Contractors Only”

You can’t change the nameservers for a domain registered via Cloudflare.

You can set NS records for subdomains. If that is not enough, you need to transfer your domain to a different registrar.
