How to change my IP address?

My hosting is hawkhost, recently they sent me an email “Due to a network event which has forced us to nullroute your shared IP, we have moved your account to a new IP. Your account is now on the IP 172.96.191.150.
If you are using third party DNS services, please update your A records to this new IP. If you are using our DNS services your IP has been changed automatically and no further action is required.”
So i change my ip address on both hawkhost and Cloudflare but now i can not get access to my website, please help
