How to change MFA device

I meed to change my MFA device (simply switch old mobile phone to new).
I see no option for doing this at “My Profile” page.
I have button “Disable” in “Two-Factor Authentication”, but after clicking it and entering valid second-factor verification code (using old phone) getting an error
“An account you are a member of still requires Two-Factor Authentication (Code: 1105)”.
