How to change certificate signature algorithm in Universal SSL?

Referring to https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/204151138-Understanding-Universal-SSL, the certificate signature algorithm used in universal SSL is ECDSA-SHA256. May I know how to change it to other algorithm such as RSA-SHA256? If this option is not available for free plan users, which plan should be upgraded in order to have this option?

It is not possible to change the algorithm, no matter the plan.
That algorithm is what the Universal SSL certificate is set to and only Cloudflare control the cert.

I do know that the Pro Plans ($20/month) give you three certs. This is what mine looks like:
16%20PM

I’m not sure what a Dedicated certificate looks like, but those are $5/month.

Many thanks. Upgrade to Pro plan can solve this.
