How to change all access rules from "block" to "challenge"

Hi,
is there any easy way to change all access rules from “block” to “challenge” ? I have almost 800 rules for “All websites in account” and want to change them from “block” to “challenge”. Is there an easy way not to go trough all these rules manually changing by hands ?

I am not a programmer, so as I understand, there is no other option, and have to do it manually.
