How to change A record

I’m having trouble accessing my website. When I search for it it comes saying DNS address could not be found.
I was told by Go Daddy (who I bough my domain with) that the A record needs to be changed with Cloud flare. How do I do this?

Editing DNS Records

This tutorial covers editing DNS records. Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard.
