How to cancel streaming service

Hi, I need to cancel strwaming service. Got an email refering to:

I had already made step 2, but for step 1, I can’t find the “Active Subscriptions/Plan Extensions” mentioned. Any idea of where it can be?

Hi @es700x, I suspect you found an out of date part of that doc, I don’t see the option, either. But, I do see you were successful and the service is set to cancel on the 16th.
