How to cancel domain transfer

I don’t want to transfer my domain from Namecheap to Cloudflare. How do I cancel this process? I started it back in May but guessed that nothing would apply since I didn’t complete it.

Now mid July, it seems to be preventing me from setting up subdomains. Here’s a screenshot of the message I get when I try to check the subdomain adservice.mustardseedsocial.com

This is an error from your host for that domains kartra.com who happens to be using Cloudflare to deliver its services (apparently).

So you’ll need to contact that service to ask them to troubleshoot their configuration.
