How to bypass cache on non-standard ports

Now that page rules are deprecated I have a cache-everything cache rule. But it’s also caching visits to non-standard ports which I don’t want. How do I make exceptions when a non-standard port is used such as https://www.example.com:2083/

Caching is not supported on that port.

My mistake. My websniffer was telling me there was a cache-hit. That was due to it requesting the default port not 2083 even though that’s what I entered.
