How to block Tor in my local network with Zero Trust?

Hi,
I was trying to block some websites on my router. But it seems like I can access all the blocked websites using Tor. Is there any way to block Tor?

I assume that you are using the DNS Filtering method, which is, using Cloudflare-provided DNS server in your router?

Tor uses its own DNS resolver which is different from the DNS resolvers usually use by the public. I don’t see a way to avoid the Tor browser to connect to the Guard node by blocking it via DNS.
