How to Block Proxy/VPN users?

I’d like to block any Proxy or VPN from accessing my website, how can cloudflare help?

The cheaper (and likely, least time consuming) way would be to look at the problematic traffic you receive, and note the AS numbers (unique network numbers) for the requests, and use one or more WAF rules to challenge / block those specific AS numbers causing you issues.

Alternatively, a Cloudflare Enterprise subscription will provide you with access to a managed IP list with “Open Proxies”.

Certain other managed lists (Anonymizers / VPNs / Malware / Botnets, Command and Control Servers) are available as an add-on to Enterprise plans.
