Hello,
My website has a lot of images. So many people used my images. I do not allow that, when I use firewalls under “Firewall Rules” and “User Agent Blocking” to block unauthorized access in other website, they use Personal Proxy to continue using my image.
But even with this they can get around it if they spoof the referrer header. If they do this, you’ll need to find the IP addresses they’re using and block them. If they’re on a certain network like AWS, you could block the ASN they’re coming from. Plug an IP address into https://bgp.he.net and it’ll show you what ASN the IP belongs to, you can then block it via a firewall rule.
