Thanks, will it allow me to skip for specific pc’s? Also I guess the manual work around is to do a manual dns entry that won’t rote traffics through cloud fare ?

To create a WAF skip rule for a specific PC with a dynamic IP, you can use mTLS (mutual TLS). Install the client certificate in the browser. Alternatively, as you mentioned, you can edit the local hosts file to point to the origin IP directly. However, this action will bypass all Cloudflare components, including caching.
