What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

The company Hetzner Online GmbH is constantly visiting my website. This company is just consuming my resources. I have blocked them already using the AS number. The bot still bypasses Cloudflare using an IP address with dots. For example: 2a01:4ff:f0:2163::1
Since this is not a typical IP address, I can not block a range using the customs rules. Can someone recommend how to block these type IP address ranges?

It’s a perfectly normal IPv6 address and you can enter it in a custom rule. If you are blocking AS213230, it will be blocked, see…

If you want to block it specifically in a WAF custom rule you can enter that IP address, or usually best to block 2a01:4ff:f0:2163::/64.

Ensure your origin has a valid SSL certificate and use “Full (strict)” instead so connections are correctly secured.

Thank you Sjr. Yes, I will block the AS number as well. I had a different number. Thank you as well for providing the range of the IP address. I have entered in my Firewall.
