How to backup and restore an error?

Hi there,
The web has gone blank. I am getting this error message and this link:
There has been a critical error on this website. Check the site administrator’s email inbox for instructions.

I have not received any restoration email (not spam either).
It was probably when trying to install a plugin or wordpress theme.
I want to restore the web to 24 hours ago, to be able to access again.
Help please, I feel totally lost with this.

I am afraid that is not Cloudflare related but an issue with your Wordpress setup. You might either want to contact your host, though assuming they won’t be responsible for that either it would be best to ask for help in a Wordpress related forum or simply contact your web developer.
