How and where i should create a rule to avoid this page to be blocked?

You should create a custom firewall rule where you skip the security feature doing the blocking on URI query string contains bookings_find_booked_day

I have created the following rule, but still getting 403 error;

I can see hte rule is being triggered as a skip on the path.

Can you see any block events in your WAF event dashboard related to that path?
